PRESS RELEASE - ACPS 15TH BIENNIAL CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION

The Australian Coal Preparation Society's (ACPS) 15th National Conference "Continuing Excellence in Coal Preparation" will be held at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Broadbeach, Queensland in September 2014.

This biennial industry conference, organised by the ACPS, is the pinnacle in coal preparation in Australia. Held over four days, it brings together more than 400 experts from Australia and various overseas locations to experience new and improved processing techniques through a series of world class papers and presentations.

Our industry has and will continue to face many challenges, in light of this; Australia is still the world’s leading exporter of coal and there is no more important time to raise the profile of coal preparation in Australia. Your participation in our 15th conference will enable us to better understand the issues, work on the solutions and continue excellence in coal preparation.

The conference provides an exceptional platform for knowledge sharing and networking with industry leaders. It will be of particular value to mining personnel, university students, contracting consultants and technology companies.

The Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre offers trade exhibitors opportunities far and beyond expectation. Conference attendees and exhibitors will have extensive seating and space to network, all located on one level. With more than 30 of the industry's leading suppliers there will be ample opportunity to refresh relationships and develop new ones.

On behalf of the organising committee I look forward to welcoming you to the Gold Coast and the 15th ACPS Conference & Exhibition.
